I've been thinking about making the switch to these albums for quite a while but just couldn't make up my mind. I finally decided to take the plunge...sort of! I know several of my clients display their albums and might want to keep getting the old kind so they'll match, so from now on clients will get their choice - the press printed books I was offering, OR the new luxe photo books.
The press printed books I've been offering have the advantage of much more capacity and slightly larger size (7x7 inches instead of 6x6) but the new luxe photo books are much better quality. Rather than being printed on regular press paper they're actually printed on true photo paper so the pages are thicker with much better image quality. The cover has a nice sheen and it's just an all-around great product that I'm very excited to start offering.
The price will remain the same as the press printed books, included in full sessions or $100 to add on to a short and sweet session. Weddings already booked will continue to get the older style books for now so I can have the space to tell the whole story of the day.
In the past, all edited images have been included in the photo books, but with the limited capacity of the luxe books, they will be limited to 26 pages (approximately 50 images). If your session results in a larger than normal number of images and you'd like them all included, you can contact me for pricing on larger books. Otherwise, I'll ask you for your favorites and make sure they're included.
If you want something a little smaller to show off your photos, you can order a set of 3 mini accordion albums for $45. They come in your choice of 2x3 or 3x3 size and you can choose to have three of the same or three different designs. There's a magnet hidden in the cover to keep it closed, which is also great for hanging on your fridge. They're also the perfect size to keep in your purse or diaper bag to show off.
