This is Our Life - week 42 {Terre Haute lifestyle photographer}

This is week 42 for the This is Our Life project and the theme is "work or play."
I really don't see the point in raking leaves. I mean, they will eventually blow away in the wind or decompose anyway, so it seems silly to spend a lot of time and energy raking them up. Plus I hate the smell of burning leaves. So the kids have never had to rake leaves as a chore or anything, they just think it's fun. Of course, jumping in the pile of leaves and throwing them at each other is the whole point, and the kids had more fun with leaves this year than I think I've ever seen them have. Good times.

I was playing around with slow shutter speed and caught this one. It kind of looks like a leaf tornado.
