The story behind the image: I took this on our first ever trip to Florida. After a very long drive, and a disappointing experience with the house we rented, our first look at the gulf was actually at night. The next day, we headed to the beach (Henderson Park Beach in Destin) even though the weather wasn't great. Even with grey skies, I was amazed at how beautiful it was. This image was taken about 30 seconds before it started pouring rain, but we all stayed down by the water anyway. It was definitely memorable!
The story behind the name: I'm not gonna lie here, naming images in a new thing for me and words are not really my strongest skill. This is why I usually tell stories with my camera instead of a pen! After staring at my screen for a few minutes I finally came up with Love Like an Ocean. You know, from the song Peace Like a River? I love that verse.
